32 Ways to Improve Your Body Image Throughout the Day

Did you know? You can and should feel good about your body! Your body is an incredible machine and it should be celebrated every day, but sometimes feeling good about how we look can be a challenge. Here are some quick tips to help you rock some body confidence: 
 
  • Take a 10 minute dance break.
  • Give thanks for your body (and anything else you're grateful for!) throughout the day. 
  • Take a fitness class, like yoga, zumba or weight lifting, to appreciate what your body is capable of! 
  • Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in.
