I liked that the counsellor was a cool person to talk to and that I can be open and honest with what needed to be said.

Thursday, February 4, 2016Nexus Youth Services is looking for youth 14-24 years old who would like to share about their experiences with mental health and mental health services at an event taking place on March 9th.
Sponsored by Bell Let's Talk, NexTalks aims to create awareness and normalize mental health challenges, end stigma, and show others that there is hope.

Why: To end stigma around mental health and give those who are struggling with mental health challenges hope for the future
