Could understand what I was going through and made me feel good and that it was okay to have [those feelings]. Made me laugh and understand my feelings in a different way.
On Saturday, August 5th join Nexus Youth Services, Cameron Helps, Team Unbreakable and the City of Mississauga as together we run/walk 4K for youth mental health services in Peel Region! The event will be hosted by the Nexus Pro-Ject Leadership Group (PLG) with support from the Ontario Sport and Recreation Communities Fund, which funds group programming aimed as physical activity and physical literacy.

4K4Youth is Nexus's first charity run and all proceeds raised from the event will support the high quality services Nexus provides to youth (ages 14-24) in our community. New to running? 4K4Youth is open to people of all ages and experience levels. You can also choose to walk the route instead. The minimum pledge amount for youth (ages 14-24) is $10 and for adults (25+) it's $25. Children under the age of 14 can participate for free!
